Quickstart: Alibaba Cloud Container Service

Alibaba Cloud Container Service (CS) is Alibaba Cloud’s hosted Kubernetes service. A Kubernetes cluster created using the official guide is suitable to run Ververica Platform.

Quickstart

1. Create an Alibaba Cloud Container Service Kubernetes cluster using the official guide.
2. Follow the Helm installation guide to finish installing Ververica Platform. Helm itself is already pre-installed on every Container Service Kubernetes cluster.
3. From Apache Flink® 1.8 onward the official Ververica Platform Apache Flink® docker images already include support for Alibaba Cloud’s Object Storage Service (OSS) for checkpoint & savepoint storage out-of-the-box.
