Help menu

The Help menu icon is always shown at the top right of the Ververica Cloud application window.

Click it to display the Help menu options.

• Support Portal: Click to access the Ververica Cloud Customer portal. See Support services.
• Support plans: Takes you to this link.
• Documentation: Opens the Ververica documentation portal.
• Knowledge Base: Provides access to Ververica's online Knowledge Base.
• Academy: Provides access to Ververica's online Training Academy, where you can sign up for courses.
